Job Summary
We are seeking a Consumer Marketing Manager to lead and manage our existing B2C marketing channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid and organic platforms, improving funnel performance, and developing compelling messaging across landing pages and email campaigns. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of coordinating creative assets, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, testing, and performance tracking.
- Develop and provide creative briefs for static and video assets to the in-house UX/graphic designer.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROI.
Organic Social Media
- Plan and manage Instagram content strategy and posting to support brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the UX designer by providing clear creative briefs for organic content assets.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across organic social channels.
Landing Pages
- Develop landing page copy, messaging, and conversion flow aligned with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve landing page performance.
- Ideally implement basic landing pages in Webflow when needed.
Funnel Optimization
- Analyze and optimize the customer acquisition funnel from ad click to conversion.
- Improve messaging, user flow, and conversion points across campaigns and landing pages.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on implementation of improvements.
Email Marketing
- Create email campaign copy and messaging for lifecycle and conversion-focused campaigns such as:
- Abandoned cart emails
- Retargeting campaigns
- Customer engagement sequences
- Manage and optimize campaigns using Braze.
Analytics & Tracking
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tracking tools.
- Work with Piwik (transitioning to Google Analytics 4) to evaluate traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Use insights to guide campaign and funnel optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C digital marketing, preferably in performance marketing or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong ability to write high-converting marketing copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Experience creating creative briefs and collaborating with designers on marketing assets.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, messaging strategy, and user flow optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
- College graduate of any Marketing or related 4-year course
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or editing landing pages in Webflow.
- Experience using Braze for lifecycle or retention marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 or similar analytics platforms.
- Understanding of US healthcare marketing and HIPAA compliance requirements.
